Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are completely normal—and part of what makes each item uniquely special.

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the concern. We’ll review the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements when the issue cannot be verified.
